What was the highlight of Hotel Felix Terme Ischia
If you need to warm up, close to the harbour
thermal pool and baths, longer check out. My overal score is higher only due to kind employees of the hotel and hotter pool water.
tons of old people with judgemental looks, miniature variety for breakfast. You cant do a sht without knowing italian. I asume that bath "hats" needs to be worn at pool but none told us, and all instructions were in italian, but tons of old people had horrible looks at us.

Not so good for a 4 stars hotel
Location close to the port.
Staff was not really friendly. At the check in they did not explain anything, they just give us a brochure and said that all information were inside. We asked some suggestion for places to go and they just told us that there was also a paper with the excursion organized by the hotel. Room was really old and noisy, it was close to the kitchen and we can hear everything from inside the room. Moreover when we entered to the room, the toilet was not really clean and not in order….. They can put some more attention to the customer and rooms.
